Browse trips, dates, prices, itineraries and live group counts for free. TripMates Access is ₹49 per trip: sign in with Google, complete your profile, choose whether it can appear, then unlock the full profiles after successful payment.

Joining a trip is separate from showing interest. A place counts as Joining only after Razorpay confirms your booking payment. Phone numbers and email addresses are never shown to other travellers.

TripoKing Standard Cancellation & Refund Policy

All cancellation requests are calculated based on the official departure date of your group trip.

30+ days before departure

100% Refund

100% refund or free reschedule/credit voucher

Full refund back to original payment method or full credit with zero rebooking fees.

15 to 29 days before departure

75% Refund

75% refund or 100% credit voucher

Choose between a 75% cash refund or a 100% credit voucher valid for any future TripoKing escape.

8 to 14 days before departure

50% Refund

50% refund (remaining amount committed with partners)

Remaining 50% is committed to non-refundable safari gypsies, forest department permits, and resort reservations.

Within 7 days of departure

Non-Refundable

Non-refundable (stays, safari seats & transit locked)

All hotel rooms, vehicle transfers, and government wildlife permits are locked and non-transferable.

TripMates Access Fee: The ₹49 TripMates access fee is strictly non-refundable once unlocked.
