Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before reserving a spot on any TripoKing group escape or holiday package.

[TODO: LEGAL REVIEW] These terms govern the contractual relationship between [TODO: REGISTERED_BUSINESS_NAME] ("TripoKing", "we", "us") and the booking traveller ("you").

1. Booking, Seat Holds & Payment Terms

TripoKing operates group departures with fixed maximum group sizes of up to 24 participants. To confirm a booking, the required advance deposit or full package price must be completed via our verified Razorpay gateway.

Any temporary seat hold without completed payment expires automatically within 15 minutes. Final trip confirmation is issued once full payment is verified and required traveller identification details are provided.

2. Pricing & Transparency

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR). We provide a full price breakdown before payment:

  • Included items: accommodation, specified transit (Volvo bus, private tempo traveller, or train), listed meals, safari permits, and experienced coordinators.
  • Excluded items: personal expenses, non-included meals, optional activities, camera/video gear entry charges, and travel to/from the trip starting hub.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations and refunds are strictly governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy:

  • 30+ days prior to departure: 100% refund or free rollover credit voucher.
  • 15–29 days prior: 75% refund or 100% credit voucher.
  • 8–14 days prior: 50% refund.
  • Within 7 days of departure: Non-refundable due to pre-committed partner accommodations and forest safari permits.
  • TripMates access fees (₹49): Strictly non-refundable.

4. Community Code of Conduct & Safety

TripoKing is an inclusive travel community. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy towards harassment, discrimination, verbal abuse, unlawful substance use, or any behavior endangering group harmony. Trip coordinators reserve the right to remove non-compliant individuals without refund.

5. Health, Fitness & Government Identification

Every traveller must carry a valid original Government photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Passport, or Voter ID) matching the name registered at booking. Forest departments in tiger reserves like Kanha and high-altitude checkpoints require strict ID matching against permits.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we rigorously evaluate all partners for safety and quality, TripoKing is not liable for carrier schedule delays, weather impediments, or personal property loss outside our direct control.
